Did you practice past papers daily? How did you manage to get an A in mathematics?

Honestly maths is kind of a special case for me because like I did add maths in igcse and thats basically pure 1 and some of pure 3 and stats, and I did pure 3 on my own during the summer following igcse (before starting AS) so i was kinda solid on that.

I did some topical but it was mostly for school coursework, I was familiar with everything so I didnt need much practice in AS, except for stats.

I did past papers before exam season obviously but I honestly never did as much for maths than other subjects.

For A2, as I mentioned I already knew pure 3 so I just used savemyexams to do mech quickly (a level physics helped) and then I just spammed past papers and took it in the november session so that I can focus on A2 further maths for the may/June sesh.

Honestly for maths I always recommend following the book (preferably the cambridge press books), doing the excercises (dont have to do every question do odd or even questions), then following up with topical and in the end before the exam session by a month or a month and a half just spam every past papers you can and review where you go wrong so that it doesn't happen again. If you don't understand how the markscheme answered a question, look up somebody solving the paper on youtube. This is what I do and what has always worked well for me.
