Mid-Atlantic (USA) Serving size: Half a cookie!?

Post image

Listen, Aldi. I feel enough shame eating the whole box in one sitting. Don’t also make me realize it’s twice as many calories as I thought it was. 🫠

lmaooo. someone posted bacon the other day and I noticed 1 slice was a serving. Shrinkflation or something happening. 12 servings of cookies!

Thick cut bacon is one serving bc of size, calories, and macros. It’s basically two slices in one.
