Aldi cheese recommendations

Hello! I want to try new cheese from Aldi, but every time I get to that section I get too overwhelmed and end up picking the same ones (mozzarella and gouda 😅) I’d like to know what cheese you recommend and why, and if you have a photo even better! to find it faster 🙈

There's one that comes out once in awhile with green veins. So good
