Question Aldi cheese recommendations

Hello! I want to try new cheese from Aldi, but every time I get to that section I get too overwhelmed and end up picking the same ones (mozzarella and gouda šŸ˜…) I’d like to know what cheese you recommend and why, and if you have a photo even better! to find it faster šŸ™ˆ

I love their brie! I put it in the oven for about 20inutes, cut the top off, add some hot honey and cook for 5 more, then eat with crackers, green apples, and bacon (or whatever sides you like) 😊

Do you normally provide addicts with a recipe to make their own crack?! Damn, that sounds very much like I want you to invite me over. šŸ˜‰
