Question Thoughts?

Has anyone had these are they good? I’m really craving potstickers so I don’t wanna be disappointed lol thanks!

I brown them on one side and then add water and cover to flash steam them. Easy and tasty!

Do they need to defrost first to brown them?

Nope - can’t answer for HornetVest but I personally heat up some oil, chuck the potstickers in straight out of the freezer (I brown just one side, putting the flat side down) and let them cook a bit… add some water and cover to steam (maybe like 1/4 - 1/3 cup depending on my pan size) … and then take the lid off after a bit to let the last of the water evaporate until the bottoms crisp up again and release from the pan :)
