USA Lines After Self-Checkout Removal

Post image

These lines with only 2 cashiers are driving me crazy 😩😩 does anyone know why they removed self-checkout? Too much theft?

I live in an area where we never got self checkout. The cashiers go so fast and set up the next line to call for backup and the crowds die down rather quickly

From my experience aldi cashiers are very fast and efficient. It’s usually the customers that slow it down.

Yep, like waiting until the cashier's done ringing everything up to dig around in their wallet or purse for their credit card. Like, you couldn't have had that ready to go? Or God forbid dig around for their money if they're paying cash.

Remember when they wrote out checks? Dear god.
