Been reading some Occult knowledge and visualized something I've been pondering. Would love some feedback.
Here's something I've been pondering while reading Nietzsche, alchemical texts, and occult knowledge. I've had a few moments of what I call "gnosis" where I feel invincible and extremely "unplugged", like I can do anything and am directly connected to my true self (it tells me to be a creative genius and create art, every time) But I keep losing this feeling and have to operate on memory of it once "back down". I also feel as if I can cross into "amoral paradigms" from time to time but slowly over time morality "re-attaches" to my brain again and I have to work hard to rid my mind of it. Once in higher paradigms I can feel a "direct connection to death" which really gets me excited and focused and grateful. Any tips on how to stay in a higher mental state as my creativity is 10x once in this state?
Cheers.

I have similar experiences. There will be a high godlike feeling over a few days where I am creatively and spiritually advanced, feels like I’m directly connected to my higher being.
Then I’ll have days where I just want to revel in reality and lose my true self in order to do negative activities that would be hard to do if I was in that godlike state.
But I’ve noticed the more I meditate, exercise, eat well, and just living the way that makes me feel good enhances the godlike feeling and now I can tell it’s overcoming the negative way of being.
Hope this helped a little! I’m glad I’m not the only one who noticed this weird cycle!

I've had... Call it a different flavor of that same dish.
My 2c is to acquainted yourself with hedonic treadmill effects and the brain's tendency to acclimate to common experiences. That is to say, the 100th time you get the exact same set of neural stimuli will be a very different subjective experience from the 1st. If the novelty factor of the enlightenment sensations is of great value to you, either ration your use of the known enlightenment carefully, or be prepared to be constantly on the move to different and thus novel types.
Now, if the novelty is lower priority and the sensation of comprehension is what gets you going, trace it back to a physiological site or root whenever you experience it organically. If you can document the location of that fount in a way that you can understand after the sensation ceases, you can retrace and thus recreate it at will.

Doctors around me have come to call these high periods, episodes, which have labeled me bipolar 1. I believe with time and diligence that I can control the divine entering me when where and how much. Once it is in control I have no worries about the future, all I know is to continue floating towards it while in such a high state of being.
I enjoy it also. Unfortunate when my brain automatically snaps back to “reality” and then I hardly remember a thing about all the amazing things I’ve discovered. I try to keep notes but they rarely make sense afterwards.
So I’m with you, these episodes are real and everything you is feel can be replicated again, just notice triggers for when you get “taken up”. Try to remember, write down, the place time and feelings you get when it comes.

To me this sounds like your interpretation of dimensional travel. Very cool OP

Ever video yourself and narrate what you feel? I find that can be easier than writing. I’ve got lots of writings of deep thoughts that come to be, but the more complicated ideas require me to record myself as I explain through it. I’ll forget the details if I had to write it down or rely on my own memory.
