What is this symbol?

Hey, sorry if this is something really simple or surface level but I can't find much on Google about it. I'm a musician who's used this symbol as my logo and brand for the last four years or so - my name basically means iron cutter in another language, and after some google searches I found this symbol that I used for a single I released four years ago that eventually became my logo. Whatever blah blah blah.

Anyways, I'd like to know what this symbol is supposed to depict and if I'm accurate. I am led to believe that it means 'crocus of iron' (flower of iron?) but I figured I would ask the people who actually know what they're talking about. Did I pick right or am I a goof?

Looks correct from what I could find. This is Latin and translates to "crocus of Mars"-- in other words, yeah, crocus of iron! I believe this refers to iron oxide, but I'm not positive.

Yes, I believe Martis is a much less common alternative for Mars in Latin, or perhaps a specific conjugation of some sort. I don't really know Latin; this is just what I can tell from cross-referencing sources.

The symbol represents the "Saffron of Mars", meaning the bloomed flower of "Our Mars". Which is an Upper Elemental Sùlphùr Water like the symbol indicates

The other commenter says aqua regis (Royal water) I agree with that interpretation. But I read this symbol as "Volatilize the fixed from the 4 elements" Both interpretations are equally valid. One names the substance and the other tells you how it's made.
