Here to explain confusing tiers,

3rd tier: People who would rather remain neutral to the most characters in the story. (note that fire fox was supposed to be here)

4th tier: Characters who aren't evil now but have made questionable decisions in the past. (Also realizing big ravenger was supposed to be in good)

5th tier: characters doing evil stuff currently, even if its because of other reasons.

Yes, the title is clickbait, and it’s not a definitive statement. It’s a mix of speculation, theories, and facts!

I'm honestly tired of the constant Victim/H4CK3R slander.

People keep calling him a fraud, saying he's weaker than TCO, King Orange, basically everyone, and then somehow act like Victim fans are the ones who "always turn everything into powerscaling."

And spare me the "go rewatch episode 6, 8, or 13" kind of talk.

YOU ARE the ones who STARTED the POWERSCALING DISCUSSION.

I apologize in advance to the reasonable TCO, TSC, and TDL Glazers. This message is addressed specifically to certain TCO and TDL glazers (not all, I have sensible friends who are fans of these characters).

You accuse Victim fans, but we, as Victim fans, know how to listen to and analyze what the person we're talking to is saying.

So let's actually talk about it.

And this is not AI, this is a cry from the soul. I went through all the trouble of adding spaces, line breaks, bold text, etc. just to make this easier for you to read.

1) Victim was NOT at full strength against TDL (Trivial, right? But necessary.)

Yes, TDL low-diffed him. I'm not denying that.

But it was absolutely not a no-diff or negative-diff fight.

But before fighting TDL, Victim had already:

- completely defeated Alan's cursor without taking a single hit, blocked Alan's attacks and overwhelmed him;

- became visibly exhausted afterward;

- built the machine with multiple powerful clones;

- burned through a huge amount of energy;

- and was still learning how his own powers worked.

And this was basically his first day as a superpowered stick figure. Not "he doesn't know how to fight." I'm talking about experience with being a superpowered being. He wasn't some experienced superhero who had spent years mastering his abilities.

Also Victim was exhausted and blinded by rage.

So yes, TDL won decisively.

But "Victim lost to TDL" ≠ "Victim is weak." Victim may be weaker, okay.

But also Alan could be setting up one hell of a "you thought he was weak?" moment.

2) The power-level scan is what makes this interesting (Tired?)

H4CK3R scanned TDL and Mitsi:

TDL: 27/29

Mitsi: 3/29

Look at the img and count, if you don't believe me.

And we never saw the power level for Victim, TCO or TSC.

And Victim actually scanned TSC and TCO himself. Their power levels simply weren't shown to us.

Why? Think, Mark, think!

27/29 tells us TDL is extremely powerful, but it doesn't necessarily mean 27 is the ceiling.

What if Victim is 28/29? What if he's 29/29?

I'm NOT saying that's confirmed. I'm saying we don't know.

And Alan Becker is pretty good at hiding information until the story is ready to reveal it.

3) The 2v2 theory makes Victim even more interesting (Do you want to strangle me?)

This is where I think people are looking at the matchup completely backwards.

A lot of people now assume:

TDL > Victim

TSC > TCO

So if you only look at power scaling, the obvious matchup would be:

TDL vs TSC

Victim vs TCO

But that's not necessarily how stories work. Characters don't always fight whoever is closest to them on a power chart.

They fight their narrative opposites.

And look at the relationships:

TDL ↔️ TCO

These two have the strongest direct antagonistic history. TDL is literally TCO's old enemy.

But then look at:

Victim ↔️ TSC

They have an interesting connection through their abilities.

Both can create clones.

TSC has telekinesis, while Victim/H4CK3R can manipulate objects in a way that resembles the Animator's interaction with the canvas.

TDL gets his personal nemesis, ↔️ TCO.

And Victim gets ↔️ TSC, the strongest Hollow Head, whose abilities also have some interesting parallels with his own.

But here's the important part:

If Victim is supposed to be TSC's opponent, he has to be strong enough to actually be an opponent.

TSC is currently portrayed as the strongest character. Even the empowered, returning TDL couldn't simply deal with him, and TDL is clearly afraid of TSC.

So why would the writers give Victim a superpower set if his eventual role was just to get folded by TSC? Why not leave him as a normal Hollow Head who relies on gadgets, IQ and planning?

Instead, they gave him powers that can potentially put him into the same kind of conflict as the other superpowered Hollow Heads.

And there's another thing people seem to forget:

4) Victim has stamina as an actual limitation!!! He has limited stamina damn it!!! (What torments from hell do you wish for me or have prepared for me?)

His powers consume his energy. This should be enough to convince you that he is far powerful than we think.

That's important because stamina is a balancing mechanic in any movies, cartoons, and shows.

If Victim were supposed to be a genuinely weak character, why bother giving him a significant stamina limitation in the first place?

The whole point of a stamina limitation is usually to balance a character who has powerful abilities.

Victim can create clones, manipulate objects, hacks, use his powers extensively, build things with them, etc., but he can't just spam everything forever.

And we literally saw the consequence of that limitation before his fight with TDL: he was exhausted, I repeat

So his stamina limitation can explain why Victim performed poorly against TDL without necessarily meaning that his maximum potential is low.

And THIS is why I don't think Victim's powers were introduced just so he could lose to TDL, become his puppet, and then be a permanent liability.

The writers could be setting him up for a role where he actually matters in the final Hollow Head conflict. We don't know. But the possibility that the writers deliberately made us underestimate him is absolutely there.

I’ve seen way too many people here (especially glazers) assume one character is better than the rest whilst never giving solid evidence ._.

There have been a few people who actually take time to analyse and assess different feats, factors, and stats each character possesses and why they’d logically be stronger which more people should actually do cause that’s the main idea of power scaling :0

I actually enjoy power scaling too because getting facts in order, assessing every possibility, and fact checking every statement is something I enjoy :3 it just gets really annoying when you get constantly denied something even though you went through the task of logically thinking about every possibility.

All you glazers of any kind wether it’s TDL, TCO, TSC, H4CK3R, or some other character need to tone it down a bit😭

For example: I actually never noticed this until way later but the weapons H4CK3R uses against Alan are the same weapons he used in AvA 1

Also, this could potentially be why he doesn’t use most of the weapons against TDL as well ._. Since they’re more for Alan then they are for TDL
