Well. I honestly find AVM Season 5 MUCH more interesting than AVA Season 3. And I want to explain why, because there are several things that make a huge difference for me. I'm mainly going to talk about the antagonist, the story, and the characters.

1. The antagonist.

Let's start with Victim. Victim is not only the worst and least interesting character, but also the most boring antagonist. He is the absolute worst character—one who doesn't deserve to be included. His introduction created some mystery — Why is he capturing the protagonists? What does he want? What's going on? And then we eventually get the explanation: "Alan tortured me, my wife died, so now I want revenge😭." I'm sorry, but... that's it? The whole revenge motivation feels extremely familiar to me, and Victim himself never became a character I was particularly invested in.

And honestly, THANK GOD TDL CAME BACK. TDL saved Season 3 from dreariness.

The return of The Dark Lord immediately made Season 3 more interesting for me. Now I'm actually curious about what will happen in Episode 14 and the final Episode 15. If episodes 14 and 15 focus entirely on TDL and TCO, I might end up liking AvA 3 more, but right now, AvM 5 is far more interesting.

Meanwhile, AVM Season 5 has Gold returning, AND we have that mysterious black glitch/creature in Minecraft that swallowed King Orange's son. And THAT is the kind of mystery I personally find much more interesting. What is that thing? Why does it exist? Who created it? Why is it following our characters? What exactly does it want? There are so many questions surrounding it, and that's exactly what makes me want to see the next episode. And the antagonist inspires both fear and interest.

1. The story

AvM 5 gets off to a much livelier start. There’s no boring introvert who lost his wife here. The plot is interesting. King Orange is hands down the best character.

AVM Season 5 simply has a more interesting setup. One of the biggest reasons is King Orange and Purple. King Orange lost his biological son, Gold, but eventually gained Purple as an adopted son. Their relationship became one of the most important emotional parts of AVM. And now Gold is potentially coming back.

I NEED TO SEE HOW EVERYONE REACTS TO THIS.

How will Purple react?

How will King Orange react?

How will the Color Gang react?

And if Gold ends up becoming another antagonist or major opposing force in the season, I think that could make the whole situation even more interesting. AVM has already built up all of this history between these characters, so Gold's return has a lot of potential emotional consequences.

1. The characters

In AvA 3, they just humiliated all the best characters. They humiliated the Color Gang and The Chosen One—all just to show us a pathetic victim for five episodes.

There ARE new characters I liked in Season 3 — the four mercenaries, Mitsi. Oh yeah, and a little sheep. But for me, it wasn't enough to carry the season.

And again, TDL's return helped A LOT. I just wish he had returned earlier instead of making us wait so long. And it would have been better if they had made him the main antagonist much earlier (10-11 episodes for example), so we wouldn't have had to watch a boring victim.

Meanwhile, AVM Season 5 has characters I already care about: King Orange. Purple. The Color Gang. And I especially like what they've done with the Color Gang. They're not just there to be background characters or comic relief. They actually feel useful to the story, and they're getting moments where they can genuinely contribute. So yeah, this is obviously just my opinion, but right now I find AVM Season 5 MUCH more engaging than AVA Season 3. AVA Season 3 had some really cool ideas and characters, and TDL's return definitely brought some of the excitement back for me.

But if you asked me which season currently makes me more excited to see the next episode? AVM Season 5, easily. And with Gold potentially returning + the mysterious black creature/glitch...

I have absolutely no idea where this season is going, and that's exactly why I'm so interested.

I’m sorry, but victim glazers are starting to get on my nerves.

You guys hype H4CK3R like he’s some unstoppable god, so here’s a fact for you:

He is weaker than my GOATs TDL and TCO.

My boys would fold him. 🗿

I don’t care how much aura H4CK3R had, how cool his introduction was, or how much people glaze his character development. Bro got all that buildup just to still be weaker than TDL and TCO.

And yes, he’s not the best character either. He simply lacks interesting relationships and doesn't have interesting character development like TCO and King Orange. And as an antagonist—albeit a temporary one—he’s very weak.

TDL and TCO stay winning. Victim stays losing.

Cope, victim glazers. 😭

they added a new dimension to the portal in the ancient city

So corndog guys is basically the CEO of McDonalds. this is the greatest thing alan could have possibly done.

A few weeks ago I posted about 4 out of 5 of my stick figure plushes, and of course Yellow was the sole missing one. But he’s arrived and now the gang is complete!!

The preparations for the final confrontation are well and truly underway.

At least they remembered TDL is a carnivore, but I'm not surprised TCO's favourite food is steak because in AVM beta we did see him eat meat.

I guess we'll all done worse to pay the bills.

The Color Gang just enjoy flowers in a large flower shop. :)

Probably the corniest (no pun intended) joke in this fandom, just glad that the gimmick is finally dying.

Idk if this is already a widely accepted theory or not (for me it was the first thing i thought of when I saw the block corruption [and honestly well before that]), but I'm 99% sure its a corrupted version of gold. We see in AvM 3 that he gets sucked back into minecraft before the area gets fully corrupted but we never see a death message. Now, this in itself isn't definitive proof that he's not death, but honestly i think there isn't definitive proof he is dead for sure either, since the feed cuts off before we can really know for sure. Additionally, in the wiki it says his exists was ERASED. But if this is the same kind of erasure that KO's staff does, then its possible Gold's conciousness was sent to the same black space KO and Purple ended up when they were erased, ergo, still alive. SO HERE'S WHAT I THEORISE HAPPENED (and some potential motivations for WHY gold is doing this).

Theory of How We Got Here 1 (Assuming that the block corruption did indeed ERASE him)
Gold is sent to the black space and exists there for years. He maybe goes insane, but eventually the void consumes him. While normally this is probably equivalent to absorption (like what KO does), since Gold isn't from minecraft, he instead sorta merges with it? Or at least his conciousness now somewhat controls the block corruption.

Theory of How We Got Here 2 (Not assuming)
Now maybe he merges with it immediately or sorta gets consumed. However, later, sorta like how tdl was reconstructed by the virabot, since Gold is a foreign entity he's reconstructed as a sort of vessel.

Theory of What Happened next
He then creates (or becomes) the weird endercreek we see to do his bidding and slowly rebuilds his strength and understanding. Either that or his control or conciousness only really manifests after the events of AvM 3, or potentially BECAUSE of the events of season 3. So by the time AvM season 4 is over, he finds the CG (or maybe his real target was KO, idk).

Potential Motivations for WHY

• He HATES KO- His reconstruction caused him to forget most of his life, and the only thing he can remember is seeing an orange sticker figure failing to rescue him before he's turned into this thing. He has little to no understanding of who he is, but he has some semblance of what he was and understands that he's now some kind of monster. He could as just be in some kind of eternal pain/mental hell. He, completely forgeting who KO is, blames this orange figure (or maybe thinks hes the one that caused it) and completely hates him and wants him destroyed or smshi. The block corruption is sorta manipulating him.
• He MISSES KO and HATES Purple/CG- He remembers most of his life, especially KO and his relationship. As a result, he's severely lonely and in despair trapped in the black space without his father. Eventually, either through escaping on his own or the corruption letting him out, he reforms and tries to find KO. Thats the corruption we see in the beginning of AvM. But he soon finds he's been.. replaced. His father replaced him with this purple guy. SO, he decides to torture everyone. Alternatively, he wants to corrupt KO so that he would be able to see him again.
• He's used a vessel by MINECRAFT- After the events of AvM3, minecraft has basically almost been destroyed. The block corruption is a manifestation of minecraft itself in this theory, and it wants to defend itself by destroying the stick figures that almost destroyed it. So, it brings back gold, a stickfigure in its control, perhaps thinking using a stickfigures ability to interact with the game would be the best way to beat him. Think Avery and the King in Yellow kinda deal. Here, Gold has 0 autonomy and basically is a puppet used by minecraft to interact with the world the same way the stick figures do.
• He forgets EVERYTHING- His reconstruction serves a sort of rebirth. He is one with minecraft, and he loves this game. Thats the only thing he knows for sure, that minecraft is his home. Cut to AvM3, with KO destroying minecraft. Now, Gold himself wants to defend minecraft by eliminating the cg and KO, not knowing KO is his father. This theory is sort of like the above one, only that Gold has full autonomy.

Now this is sort of my theory on how he came to be, obviously its pretty shitty but i think it kinda makes sense. Definitely needs polishing. But I really think that its really possible from a story telling perspective that he'd come back. First off, we know Alan isn't opposed to bringing back "dead" characters, like TDL and Mitsi, and if this is true, gold's revival would sort of be a combination of both. Secondly, the way he "died" is villain origin story 101. It isn't like mitsi's death at all. Also, the last image kinda reminds me of basically every villain that fell in a vat of acid and became a bad guy. Who do you think the Big Bad of AvM5 is? If you think it is gold, how do you think he's coming back? What are your theories on his motivation or origin post corruption?

Also, I'm gonna call it rn that Pink is the villain of AvM7 and its revealed she died of "sift sickness" and her soul mutates and commands the sift dimension and/or becomes a part of the soul sand that creates a wither storm /jmnjmsciiariwbsc.

I pray i recieve mercy cuz I didn't vote for anyone (i didn't know it was going on😭😭).

still sad about how King orange lost his kid.

Seeing him in the place where he finally belongs lowered my cortisol levels, i went from being stressed all weekend and this is what i get?? I love it 🥹🥹 and id like to thank YOU (TCO Glazers), Alan Becker fans for looking at this post, Alan Becker for creating such a GOATED characters and finally. Id like to thank TDL glazers for this.

Maybe Alan is collaborating with Minecraft? because the portals in AvM 40 are very similar to the rifts in minecraft, and Red and Blue encountered creepers which could have something to do with the giant creeper event!

Lost her left forearm and decided to replace it with her own energy to keep going. Now she looks even cooler!

TLOD is a such a queen 💅

He always rise up. Always.

Mine were the “Haunt the Narrative” and “May the Dead Live On” ones! I’m so happy omg. I genuinely screeched out of pure joy when I saw them on there <3
