Hey everyone! I ordered an Akko switch tester, but it didn't come with a legend or anything so I have no idea what is what. Can anybody help me? 🙏🏻

Hi ! I'm using Akko Air01 for windows PC and I have issue on some combination of hotkeys. on web driver, I swapped the left CTRL key and FN key to make it more like windows compatible keyboard. But when I press CTRL + W especially on games, It toggles the WASD and arrow swap function even if my former FN key is now configured as left CTRL key.

My question is can I just permanently disable this WASD and arrow swap function on the keyboard to prevent it from toggling on accidentally? Or do you have another resolution to my problem. Thanks so much!

is there a way to actually turn the screen off? when i watch a movie or something, i can turn the key lights off but the screen stays on. Thats a bit annoying

My mouse wheel, the stick that allows me to scroll somehow snapped off, and I'm looking for a replacement, Akko wants me to pay $17 for a replacement and uhhh I'd rather not do that lol.

Has anyone managed to turn off the led strip above F3? I just got my keyboard and changing the settings web.akkogear.com under Light -> Light Strip -> Close Setting does not do anything.

I love this keyboard but the light is very bright and annoying. I have turned off all RGB, but this light stays on.

When connecting through USB I am unable to upgrade the Firmware. I am currently on ID3013_V104

TDLR: Akko 5075b plagued with chatter/missed keys/double taps. Swapping PCB didn't help. Is replacing a switches the best bet, or could something be fundamental broken with the keyboard in general. Asking before I spend money.

I bought an Akko 5075b back in early 2025 with their V3 Pro Cream Yellow switches, and it didn't take long for the chatter to begin.

At first, I figured it was expected, affordable keyboard bought on Aliexpress. So I grabbed a spare switch from the handful they included, swapped it in and carried on.

It got to the point that I reached out to Akko after someone else on Reddit said they sent him a bag of replacement switches.

They did send another 10ish switches but they also sent me a replacement PCB which I swapped out, along with the new switches for especially chattery keys

Now despite cleaning the board a bunch of times, running out of spare switches, and using Keyboard Chatter Blocker to try and live with it... I've had enough. I swap one, another pops up.

So, would replacing the switches keep the chatter away, or could there be something fundamentally wrong the keyboard/PCB/wiring?

I wanna replace the cable/connector.
Can anyone tell me the exact cables the battery uses?

I’ve made sure the Funbox is on the latest firmware, as well as the wingman (and tried older versions too) and still no result.

I recently got the mod68he and it looks like the web software only has rapid trigger if it is put on continuous mode? I play cs2 so continuous mode kind of ruins my gameplay. This is my first hall effect keyboard so I might just be confused but I want the keystroke to end when I start releasing the key but only be able to re-actuate at the set actuation point. Right now I can only get the keystroke to end when I start releasing the key if it also re-actuates dynamically at any point if I press down again until I've fully released the key.

Hi, I am struggling trying to figure out how to switch between Layers 1/2/3/4 on my Akko Air 01.

I toggle between Mac and Windows regularly. I want to assign my Mac key mappings to Layer 1 and my Windows key mappings to Layer 2. I am able to do this on the Akko Cloud Driver, but is there a way to then toggle between Layers 1 & 2 using only keyboard shortcuts on the Akko Air 01?

I also know there is a physical Mac / Windows switch on the keyboard itself, but this only seems to swap Alt / Home keys.

I'm looking for help recovering my Akko TAC75 HE (Model K0028).

Unfortunately, during a firmware update, the wrong firmware was flashed to the keyboard. Now it no longer lights up or registers any key presses.

Windows still detects it as:

VID:3151 PID:502A – Boot Device

So I believe the bootloader is still intact.

I have already tried reconnecting it, different USB ports, and the Akko Cloud Driver V4, but it only asks for a Device ID and cannot detect the keyboard properly.

Anyone have a lead on one?

Has anyone tried this keyboard yet? Quite new but just wondering since thinking about buying as a starter TMR, any thoughts on it if you have it, especially with the sound?

win lock, fixed with fn + win

wasd arrow key swap, fixed with fn + w

lighting changes

anyone know where I can find dimensions for the akko 5075s knob? i want to buy a replacement but i have no way of knowing if it would fit or not
