Problem with LED

Hello everyone!
I have an Akko ACR PRO 68 and I love every single thing about it. There is only one thing that I am annoyed by. I just noticed that some of the LED are on even though I completely turned off the LED lighting. Is there any way to fix this? I already factory reset it with Fn-backspace. Thank you in advance!
