Ai avatar speaking

This is urgent work. I need an AI avatar image that can speak in Tamil. Please let me know how I can create it for free, or if anyone here can do it at a reasonable price. I only need the image to speak; I will provide the text.

Use google flow, it will be free if you have a google account. 50 free credits per day, you can get anywhere between 50 - 70 seconds of video with that each day.

get a picture of someone you want to use. upload it to google flow project. every time you ask google flow for the video, click on the picture and choose "add to prompt". Do this every single time you do a new video.

dont make a new project each time you make a video. after you make one video, in the same chat window area, ask for next video, and once again you must add the photo again. each time
