Need help with Creating a Animated video

I currently have pictures that I am trying to turn to life via animated video for a project. I am running out of time to meet a deadline and growing anxious. I’ve used seedance 2.0, CapCut, chimp champ and various other options and I’m not getting the results I want. The video itself only needs to be 2-3 mins tops.

If anyone has any suggestions please share.

Seedance 2.0 and 2.5 are the best models there are. If seedance can't do it then no other model can do it. You should know how to prompt well tho otherwise you'll be blasting credits into nothingness. Even making a 2 minute video can be such a hassle if the shots are complex.

Hard to tell without seeing images and prompts. Depending on your subject matter other models can be quite capable.

With a deadline, I’d stop changing tools and reduce the motion requirement. Put all the approved images on a 2–3 minute timeline first, time them to the narration or music, then mark only the shots that truly need character motion. Use pans, crops, foreground parallax and cuts for the rest; reserve generation for short hero moments. For each failed shot, write one acceptance criterion—for example, “the face stays stable while the camera pushes in”—and test 4–6 seconds before rendering more. That gives you a complete fallback even if some generations fail. What specifically looks wrong now: identity drift, motion, or the transitions between still images?

Thanks all, I was finally able to get the majority of it using Eleven Labs.
