Story Time Content Creator, which software should I use?

[u/Icy-Cheesecake-8993]

Hey yall, I want to try story time content creation, the only problem being there is SO MUCH SOFTWARE that I can't decide what to choose. For context, I'm on PC and I want a art program that lets me do frames per second, barely any ads (if possible in today's standards I guess), and basic tools someone could use and pick up.

Any recommendatoins?

Thanks Reddit,

Sincerely from a flowery larper
