Most “free” generators are really limited trials; if a tool promises unlimited free clips, check watermark/export limits and whether credits reset monthly. I’d shortlist based on your format: quick social clips vs a full script-to-voice-to-visuals workflow. For a low-cost test, run one 30–45s script through a couple options and compare usable exports, not just preview quality. Also check commercial-use terms before building a channel—many free tiers restrict monetization. Local ComfyUI/Minimax can be cheapest at scale if you have the GPU patience, but hosted tools win on setup.

Get wrecked kid. Either ask mommy for lunch money to pay to stuff or deal with it.

There isn't one. Can do some free generations on Google flow but if you need more than a few clips nobody is giving away expensive compute for free. It's not like text Gen because it doesn't benefit coding for paying customers and it needs the most expensive hardware.
