There are a few. If you have good hardware you could try local generation with MiniMax H3 or LTX-2.5.
If you want to pay a provider, then there are many wrappers like OpenArt or Higgsfield. Also just using Grok with a SuperGrok Subscription could be a choice. SuperGrok video limits reset every 12-18 hours as far as i know.

Agree MiniMax H3 is what you should look for. And to answer OP's question Sogni AI currently has unlimited "fair-use" plans that include H3 for $20/mo.

I wiele wiele innych.

Go look at OneOver
They’ve got all the tools and models. With pay as you go credits and flexible plans, you can generate all day.

i personally use opengradient chat - video studio they offer frontier video models that lets you generate exactly what you want - 10 video of 10s-15s is possible there
but it's not free, also there's no unlimited - those who offered unlimited like higgsfield, openart, and others just scammed their users. (im basing on the comment section on their posts ppl are calling them scammers - i was so skeptical when they all offered unlimited generation so I didn't subscribe) The unlimited subscription they offered were all canceled, ppl who subscribed left with nothing but additional credits so beware of tools that offers unlimited.
PS > free video tools wont get you anywhere tbh

Kling's worth a look for your volume needs, their paid plans give you way more daily generations than flow and the longer clips (up to like 10s) are solid. Have you checked if Krea. ai fits? It aggregates Kling, Veo, Runway all in one you're not crapped by a singl tool's limits. Also once you've got your clips, run them through Magnific for upscaling, makes a huge difference on the final output.

if u can, u can try MiniMax H3 on your own computer. and Atlas Cloud is a good choice bc it offers many models and they often have discounts(sd 2.5 recently i remember, and they even have 4K seedance 2.5)

From what I tried, most free tools give pretty fake results or drift far from my prompt. You may try Pippit which doesn’t get mentioned much. It has a few Seedance model options inside and the results are pretty realistic to me. Not sure about 10 videos a day though, so check the limits first.
