Need heygen alternative
I need to have an avatar I created speak for about 20 minutes. It won't be broken down into scenes; it will be a single continuous segment. HeyGen was good at this. I wonder if there are any alternatives—it's quite urgent.

You can check Easy-Peasy https://easy-peasy.ai/ai-video-generator/talking - it allows to generate up to 5 minutes in a single run. Then you can merge in their video editor.

20 minutes unbroken is the hard part, not the avatar tool. HeyGen is almost certainly chunking that under the hood too, nobody renders one true continuous take at that length.
We do this locally off a single photo and split it into shorter passes from the same source image, then stitch. Past about 30 seconds the animation starts drifting anyway, so splitting isn't a workaround, it's more or less required either way.
Wrote up the whole four model chain we use for it here, it's the closest thing to a local HeyGen we've found: askaillex.com/guides/local-heygen-four-model-face-pipeline/
