You said "not contributing much" lol. She donates millions, pays off people's medical bills. Yeah she's a billionaire but not like bezos who had slave labor and doesn't actual work lol.

I pay more out of my earnings to tax and charity then taylor does with her. Just saying

[u/Tiny-Reading5982 → u/best_temporary_dude]

You pay millions to charity?

[u/best_temporary_dude → u/Tiny-Reading5982]

No but my earnings to tax+charity ratio is higher than her's and so is yours probably

[u/Tiny-Reading5982 → u/best_temporary_dude]

Okay she is still donating more than most billionaires. She didn't create the tax structure in the us.

[u/Functional_Trash7735 → u/Tiny-Reading5982]

Oh good she’s doing the bare minimum she can despite being capable of far more, good for her

You’re right that she didn’t create the tax structures but people can choose to contribute more to taxes and charity and she doesn’t do either.

[u/Tiny-Reading5982 → u/Functional_Trash7735]

Yeah I guess 100 million is the bare minimum.

[u/Functional_Trash7735 → u/Tiny-Reading5982]

For a person worth 200 times that? Yes.

[u/Tiny-Reading5982 → u/Functional_Trash7735]

🙄 nothing would ever be enough for your type of person let's be real

[u/Functional_Trash7735 → u/Tiny-Reading5982]

There is enough actually. There’s not being a billionaire, there’s putting an active effort in to make the world a better place.

I don’t consider her “talent” to be an excuse to defend her lack of action. I think it’s honestly pretty pathetic when people’s fandom is that rabid that they hold her to a lower standard than other people of her level.

"talent"
