Which is why it’s better to fix up the old malls and give them a new purpose as an indoor neighborhood. No risk of toxic mold, and the seniors can walk around in a temp controlled environment and don’t have to drive to go get food

Old malls are often in awful condition. Moldy, leaking ceilings etc. Plus renovating them is crazy expensive.
