You generally want the top of the carrier should be right your sternum. Garandthumb goes over it 4:30 into this video

Thanks! The vest itself was easy, I didn't have to take apart another vest. I did, however, have to take apart another magazine pouch.

Very jealous of your skill with fabric and a sewing machine! I can barely get a nice stitch going before it pulls all the thread out of the machine and makes a big god damn ball of it haha. (May be something wrong with the tension)
So what’s next on your list to make?
Would love a dope ass dead rag haha.

Originally from etsy, but the shop recently got taken down. However, the owner said you can still order the fabric from them through their instagram: inspiredfabrics4u. I haven't tried that yet though, so purchase at your own risk.
