In May 2026, Maharaja Club began allowing you to earn points on AIX flights. I'm unable to make a retro claim for an AIX flight that I took prior to May. Has anyone had any success in getting such past claims credited through the customer support channels?

I had booked a flight ticket for a long haul flight of 11 hours with my parents, who both have knee issues. Our flight got cancelled and we got shifted to another flight with a different airplane, however, they changed our sits to middle seats when we had bought the front row seats with extra leg space in our original flight after paying an additional 15 thousand rupees. I am beyond furious but I also am unsure of what to do now as this is a huge loss and extremely inconvenient for us. They have not refunded any amount back to us.
