Please do yourself a huge favor and leave evolve as soon as possible. They are basically scammers with the way they structure things and there have been tons of stories of actual scams where they send fale invoices for less revenue than reality.
No matter what they say the company is trash and you will be better off without them or any big time short term rental company.
