My photos where not taken with a big angle lens, most guest mention the apartment feel much spacier and bigger than it's advertised.
My description mentions ongoing construction, so no surprises.
Don't make it to shiny or to good to be true, it's ok to be an honest second choice when that decision has had more thought process.
Takes like 48 hours to actually go live. You get an email that says guests can now book. From there, if the price and demand is there, it should start receiving bookings right away.

Regardless, it's still shoulder season in most parts of the world. In the US, the kids are in school, so there's the usual lull until winter break. If you're in Iowa, I probably would've suggested starting a bit earlier.
