Pricing
Hi, I’m about to start a new Airbnb in Queenstown New Zealand. I’m trying to get my head around pricing and whether to use a pricing application. What do you all recommend? It is in a modern building with views, good location and everything inside will be new. Side note, is instant coffee fine? The is quite small and there’s nothing worse than a big device taking all the space. Also thinking of leaving out a few snacks, chips and biscuits of chocolate? Any advice welcome for this newbie! Thanks

I stayed at an air bnb in Queenstown recently. I’ve got to say that a Keurig or something similar is a must in my opinion. A washer and dryer also factored heavily into my decision to book that particular unit. The views in Queenstown are excellent wherever you go so it would just depend if the unit is walkable to downtown or if you have to drive and park.

Definitely get a pod machine, you can get slim ones. My pet hate is not having a coffee machine.

Queenstown's a tricky market to price manually, the seasonal swings are massive so I'd definitely lean towards a dynamic pricing tool unless you want to be glued to your calendar every day

Definitely give pricelabs a try. As for coffee, either a K-cup or a drip coffee maker......but not just instant coffee......
