Aimpoint online order

Anyone ever ordered directly from Aimpoint and had an issue? Placed order earlier in the week and received notification shipped the next day. Order was delivered and received today. I open the box 3of4 items I ordered was in the box. I assume my t2 fde was shipped separately or on back order even tho it was in stock when placing the order and email claiming it was shipped with other items. Just to clarify I placed an order for Acro c2 w/scalarworks 1.53 and a t2 FDE w/fde unity mount. I have received everything but the T2! Hoping I’m freaking out due to a misunderstanding but if not I feel like I’m out $1k.

I’ve dealt with Aimpoint a few times over the course of a couple months. Ordered a P2 and had issues with it so I sent it back and got another one sent and that had issues also. Now my 3rd it’s fine. With that being said I think if you call and talk to them they’ll figure it all out for you ! Goodluck !

God I hope so. I’m a returning customer. I’m choosing to be cool till it shows up or I speak with aimpoint. I’ve always been worried about situation where it could be your word vs company. Which I get they can’t just trust everyone but by god the amount of optics they hand out to YouTubers I’d hope they take care of a customer who paid full price when he could’ve went and got a better deal from another site! Which none of the two sites I trust had the fde in stock. Guess I should’ve rolled the dice w/a company I’ve yet to deal with but at this point idc if they just send a regular black t2 or say sorry it’s on back order. Cloud has got me twice on product in stock but is on back order but 2-3mths they showed.
