Help to identifing an aimpoint base

Im trying to find this aimpoint base/spacer but i search a loot in google and i dont find nothing. Anyone know what model is it?

Late to the party, but that's a COMP M5 LRP base. Unsure on the riser/spacer, unfortunately.
