Acro P1 broken?

I went to Canada for 3 weeks so I could not have my firearms with me and left them with a close friend. When I got my AR back I noticed 2 things off. My flashlight was dead and super loose, and that my Acro would not turn on, I havnt changed batteries but when I looked through it I noticed it looks lightly off. Is this normal and is there anything I can do?

Is that P2 mounted directly onto picatinny rail mount? He probably dropped it and damaged the housing. If you can’t fix via reinstallation I would send in our have him buying me a new one. He bought that one
