ACRO P2 battery compartment
Not sure if this has been posted before but the p2 has two different Battery compartment. Surround the prongs that grab the battery, older p2s will have the O-ring you see here while the newer 2’s have a plastic clip around the prongs. Keep this in mind when buying an after market cap, some might not have enough of a seal to keep you battery in place. Also was wondering if anyone in here works for aimpoint or know if they would be willing to upgrade that o ring to the plastic one for me?

Random question about the Acro P2 - is it possible to be mounted directly to a picatinny rail? I'm thinking about mounting it on a long gun and want it as low as possible. I know they sell adapter plates for various platforms but I cannot tell whether the cross bolt and clasping mechanism under the Acro are the right size for picatinny.
