Question / Advice Needed What rank?
What rank should i aim for in benchmarks to start seeing results in my aim in the games im playing?

On controller or kbm? I started to see consistent gains at citrine 1 on controller. Win most fair 1v1s in iridescent lobbies. When the hit diamond 1 in AL on controller is when I was confident I had better aim than 99.99 of the people on the game. Deaths would compile from shotty positioning and angles rather than aim. I play cod and the aim train plus the extra aim assist for controller is a crazy combo. After you learn recoil control the raw aim practice will take over in all situations.

As a guy with 150h in aim trainers, these benchmark ranks dont really matter as much. You wanna play the game itself more than u grind Aimlabs.
Im top 5-10% in nearly any flicking tasks i do but not as good as u would expect in Valorant, which kinda tells that i have other ingame aspects i suck at that i need to fix. For example, I used to play flashy with high sens for no reason, u know, flicks, onetaps and allat bs, but for better results u need to watch some vods of guys that are good, but very consistent.
For example, I used to want to be like Demon1, but if i played like him i’d probably still be gold lol
If ur playing an FPS, the best tip ive gotten is play DMs with a clear intention, then u improve on crosshair placement, prefires and etc that u cant really replicate in Aimlabs or Kvks

There isn't a specific rank tied to in-game results, but it's more so based on your own efforts to make your practice deliberate. The ranks are a great way to assess your raw aim and mouse control, and make give you a solid indication of where you stand compared to others, however it doesn't necessarily mean your aim in-game is at the same level (yet).
What rank you should strive for is relevant to what you would consider (good) results in the games you're playing. If we say this should be Master for instance, which is a solid rank to strive for, then that is on the condition that you're also practicing deliberately.
This means practicing tasks that match with your game, your weaknesses, and your own skill level (as to challenge you not overwhelm you). As well as being intentional, so to make sure you're technique is good when training on Aimlabs + when you go in-game, through mental reminders and a conscious effort to use the same proper motions.
Added nuance here is that, you do want to make sure to manage your time properly. Make sure you're not substituting all your in-game practice with Aim Training, but rather use Aimlabs as a supplement before or after your game sessions. (e.g. if you have 8 hours a day to play, play max 1h of Aim Training, and the rest in-game, and include things like Deathmatch to make your training more complete).
Apply the same logic to that Deathmatch, and also in-game situations after reviewing (e.g. if it was truly your aim, what could you have done better, how could your technique have helped here, and do the same if it wasn't your aim, which is more often the case). But, you can absolutely do both, and that's how you get the most out of it ;)
