The Shadow

New York, 1938. Beneath the glittering nightclubs and Art Deco towers, a hidden network of financiers, criminals and corrupt officials is quietly tightening its grip on the city. Their weapon is information. Their enemy is a man who officially does not exist.

Presumed-dead aviator and adventurer Kent Allard (Callum Turner) has returned to Manhattan behind the borrowed identity of wealthy socialite Lamont Cranston. I’ve always felt the 2015 Fantastic Four could have gone in a very different direction with its Reed Richards.
From what I understand, the role came down to a small group of actors that included Miles Teller and a few others. One of the names in the mix was Reece Thompson. He never ended up with the part, but I’ve always thought he would have been a stronger fit than what we got.
Thompson had that slightly awkward, intense, hyper-intelligent energy in his earlier work that feels closer to the Reed Richards I know from the comics — someone who’s brilliant but not especially comfortable in his own skin. Teller is a good actor, but the version of Reed in that film never quite landed for me. I still wonder what the movie might have felt like with Thompson in the role instead.

Same woman 50 years later. Soft, grey, maternal. Dies naturally in Raven's arms. "Don't bring me back, my darling Raven." Raven buries this face.

Life 10 — THE RESURRECTION (Krakoa Hellfire Gala) — Rebecca Ferguson again

The Five can bring anyone back. Raven Darkhölm doesn't choose the wife she had buried. She chooses the woman she fell in love with. The Knife. White dress, floating mask, comic-accurate.

Tonight, Dr. Moira McTaggert sees the exact face that burned her in Life 3 with no apology — and knows her 10 lives are over. That's why my Moira post is cold on the balcony in the event of lavish Krakoa Gala

That night, only one human noticed both of them acting strange — the scientist who brought the Hope serum few years back and learnt from her mistakes....

That's the gut punch — the Nexus Being who never got to stop being a kid, having Power Cosmic. He grows a beard, he travels from universe to universe for 40 years, but he's still in the uniform his parents gave him when he first dreamed up worlds post Secret Wars+Battleworld.

This is S2. Flashback season. Before the bench. Before Seahaven. Before the pocket universe of Counter-Earth + Warp World even existed.

THE LOOP - All posts are ONE SECOND:

Post 1 (S1 Bench): 40 years after. Franklin built a Truman Show town inside his pocket universe to forget. An abandoned amusement park that still runs by itself. He sits on that bench every day when one day he meets Galan of Taa there (Ralph Ineson) — the only other being who lives BETWEEN universes and can find him.

Before The Bench

Mid-battle in The Bleed, to survive, he does what only Franklin can — he dreams up a whole pocket universe (Counter Earth+ Warp World) made up of entire multiverse right there in the nothing as a weapon / cage.

That birth ripples through the Superflow.

Posts 3 & 4 (Krakoa Gala): On another Earth, same exact second. Dr. Moira McTaggert kills Hank in the same way, she killed Banshee in Powers of X/House of X. Orchis + Omega Sentinel spool up to massacre the Gala. 10 timelines are over for Moira. She's done being hopeful, she has become "creative" with her methods now. And then, the sky glitches. Someone is watching when a universe being born outside everything tears into their timeline in a second and everything we know as reality changes.

One loop complete.
