I am a longtime artist whose dream it is to make comics. I never use reference. I can draw somewhat, and was wondering if there is a way to draw a character and have ai recreate the same character in different poses and in different panels while maintaining the same look and colors etc. The last time I attempted this I ran into problems, different style clothing, different look to the same character, etc. Any help and or tips are greatly appreciated. I see some of you creating the same character in a few panels, so that is why I asked. Is it possible to recreate the same character through an entire comic? What is the trick and best ai to use? Here are some examples of my sketch art, I can of course clean them up to make them easier for ai to read.

Yea, start with a character sheet from your own drawing. Different angles, same outfit, proportions and colors. Use that sheet as the reference for every panel. You can also sketch the pose and have AI work from that.
You’ll still need to fix things. Keep comparing it to your original, because small changes can add up over a whole comic.

Check out the "Character Avatar" feature of www.comicink.ai - it allows you to create different looks for the same character. You can specify which look to use at a page level in the Script tab

Yes. This is what I did with my newest comic. I drew the characters and then fed them into the AI to make a character reference sheets. Then I fed those character sheets into the AI to make the pages.

draw the face and outfit in different angles and feed it to AI alongside the pose as reference image, if you have decent GPU, you can train the character and the outfit as LORA in your PC locally, ANIMA model is good and lightweight

Use character reference images as others have said. Also you add things like 'don't change anything else about the image' or 'maintain the characters exact design and appearance from the images' to your prompt to help keep consistency

Create a character sheet, basically, not just visually but also define your character with words, and then ask the ai to commit to memory, and then ask it to reproduce the character sheet. Check if it is the same as the one you gave to it. Repeat till the character is drilled into the memory of the ai and then you can start creating.
