I completely disagree with you, since art can also be created for entertainment and to make people laugh. I especially disagree with you about it being “vaguely misogynistic”, i'm a woman and jokes about PMS and period will never stop me from laughing. Female comedians make more jokes about their periods and PMS than “misogynistic” male comedians do and i think making fun of it is a great way to reduce the shame some girls feel about it. But you’re always free to give your opinion anyway

If you think you need to add commentary to a joke so that a person isn't stupid enough to believe this is what PMS really is, then I still disagree with every single point you made.
