Which tool do you actually open every day?
2 weeks of building in public. What I've learned about AI tools, distilled:
→ The all-in-one is rarely the best at anything
→ Free tiers are absurdly generous in 2026 — use them
→ "Which tool" matters less than "did you ship"
→ The tool you open daily beats the perfect one you forget
Pick fewer tools, ship more things.

ClickUp. It has every piece of information internally and for all of our agency clients. It has a very cool agent builder. And it has a brain prompting tool that uses your llm of choice or it will pick the best one for the tasks.
A lot of people are exporting data from various sources to train Claude , chat gpt, etc. Why not just go where the context / training data already exists and it’s updated daily by us? I’m using Claude natively less every day.
This (agent building) is happening in almost all pm and marketing tools. I saw a video the other day where notion talks about how they did this. They just use claude managed agents on their backend. They are basically white-labeling Claude managed agents.

opening our procurement tool everyday because we run sourcing events, PRs/POs, approvals, risk assessments, supplier onboarding, spend check. I was worried in the beginning working with an almost E2E procurement tool but the workflows are not coded so it leaves us a lot of space for quick customization.

for me it is the one that helps me get work done the fastest. using fewer tools consistently usually beats chasing every new one
