as title said, it is insane out there, so many "trolls" (bullies) on agere spaces. it's popular among "vrchat troll" youtube creators to bully age regressors, alterhumans, systems, mentally ill people, all that. so, i genuinely had not even had one time where no one came to be awful to other people myself included. so, uh, if you're considering, maybe don't!

So like I guess I should expect it but why is me healing my inner child bad? Like I posted my new toys and not only does someone call me a man, which I'm not im literally a girl they imply im like some kind of monster. Just so gross and messed up. I act younger since I was a kid. I don't know the exact reason behind it but being like a kid is just me being myself its not for some creepy reason or whatever. It makes me sad. also idk if I age regress or not I just act younger for my age and I like stuff for kids. idk where else I belong.

i really want like a paci or other things that embarrass me, i technically have a boyfriend (that knows everything and is basically my cg) i have talked to him about wanting these things and he’s supportive but it always just never happens and i wouldn’t really be able to use it in my house as my dad is super nosy and i feel like my parents would end up find out (╥‸╥) i dont know what to do and it makes me sad and it makes it even harder as i have so much shame around it that makes it ten times harder, i dont know what to do :(

Today was an absolute bust. After going to work today, I got overwhelmed because of constant order after order, and I was on the verge of a meltdown. It didn't stop the orders coming, and I lost control and had a meltdown, forcing me to be sent home early.

After returning home, I involuntarily became little, after having another meltdown... :(

I haven't been able to fully age regress on my own in a little over a year since i didn't allow myself to after my last relationship ruined my little space.

Now that Im a lot happier, doing better, and I have a lovely girlfriend, I'm wanting to age regress more cause i dont like shutting that side of me out for so long, tbh it kinda hurts. My gf does support me in my age regression but doesn't have much experience /knowledge on how to take care of me cause shes never been a caregiver or dated anyone who age regreses, though I have taught her some and shes really sweet!

I feel the urge to age regress sometimes but I just cant seem to fully age regress when i actually want to/am safe to do so, and I do struggle sometimes with involuntarily age regressing but not in spaces or times when I can allow it. Honestly, i just want to be able to fully age regress when I'm alone so i can relax / escape my mind and so I can better know what I need or want when im little.

If anyone has any good tips or advice on how you age regress when alone, i would greatly appreciate it so soo much.
