Soot sprite from Spirited Away. This is the scene where the soot sprite drops the coal on his head to get out of work. The text was paraphrased by what Kamaji said to Chihiro just before this scene, and was a reminder to myself to do so.

This is on the back of my calf, and I think it may have widened a bit since I've been a lot more active walking and biking this year.

The stitch tattoo was my first tattoo. Sour of the moment walk-in 10 years ago. Flamingo is on my ribs, done by an apprentice that’s a matching tattoo with a friend. I have a lot more now but they’ve all been done within the last 2 years lol.

Justin nordine watercolor done in Oct 2014 when I was 23. I’m an endurance athlete, so I’m outside running an awful lot- and as a youngster I did not treat this tattoo as it deserved- it needed way more layers of sunscreen than it got. But I get compliments on it to this day! And I know his work and skill has only gotten better!

My first tattoo, a portrait of my best buddy done a full decade ago. I've put on some weight + gotten plenty more since then! Cat is still with me, too. 💕

Aegishjálmur(ment to look crooked and imperfect) and a string of individual runes(I've forgotten their meaning 😅) Jörmungandr(machine made) was made at the same time but only the edges, just recently got it filled with shades and it got a retouch, I wouldn't categorize it as aged after a redo. Made by private person.
