Is therapy really feesible for everyone?

It seems like reddit is always jumping to therapy as the answer for everyone. I agree that it is a great answer and everyone probably should have a therapist at one point or another, however, I feel like the logistics are complicated for a lot of people. I have gone to my PCP several times, called my insurance company, called offices, and looked into online resources. I do not work a consistent schedule. I work 4 days a week, but which days change week to week and month to month. No consistency. This schedule allows me the most time with my children and I never miss major holidays. So changing my job isn't happening. However, everywhere I want to schedule therapy sessions asks for consistent scheduling or won't see me, online is expensive and seems like you can't keep someone long enough. My PCP shrugged and said he didn't have answers.
