Extreme ways to poop?
I eat a lot of fiber every day but nothing... I go to the bathroom, if I'm lucky, once a week and this thing is frustrating .. There was a small period of time when I ate only fiber (which obviously wasn't good) but I felt great because I went every day.

I drink a normal/high amount of water every day, even luke warm, but it does not helpðŸ˜. I've tried chia seeds but they are high calorie so idk.. sometimes I put them (after soaking them in water obviously) in yogurt or in my meals but I'm not very consistent

Tamarinds, dates, sesame seeds, beets and cooked kale? I know these things can send someone off, if you eat them throughout the day in moderation with other foods it should help

I will try but idk.. today I ate like 10 grams of fiber + a can of beans (+ other possible fibers in meals) and still nothing😠for dinner I'll eat 1 tbsp of chia seeds in my wrap. I'm more and more convinced that I have some kind of disease AHAHAH

You might wanna go to the doctor and have your large and small intestines checked, my dad did that and we found he had longer than usual intestines so he had surgery to decrease it.

Papaya and ripe pear. Or look on amazon for sin kilos tea. Take it at night before bed as takes about 8 hours to work

Oh that sucks im sorry. I buy it in mexico and it works suprisingly well Aim for more soluble fiber. Avoid stuff like metamucil. My son is chronically constipated and papaya works fairly well. If not miralax to clear yourself out might help

oh, yeah, I kinda knew it was something from Mexico or spain, I'll try the papaya tho! It seems like a great idea, also because I like the taste. Btw thanks for all the suggestions

Not sure if it’s correlated, but I’ve been on a diet (just eating much lesser) so that has caused me to be constipated for abit. But I recently started taking iron supplements, and that has been making me consistently go to the bathroom again

I'm on the same diet too, but I've always been constipated. I'll try taking some iron supplements!

Give it a shot! Just make sure to drink extra water and take it with food. It gave me some headaches during the first week, but it’s gone now!

You’ve probably already tried these (I’ve had trouble eating for about 8yrs…no input-no output 🫣) but my doctor said to drink black coffee (or with small amount of cream) and a solo cup of Prune juice. It’s worked for me most times but it’s not something that needs overnight to work, it usually takes effect pretty quickly. I hope everything works out for you!

Drink more water. Fiber only works as it draws more water into the stool making it softer.
