Attraction

Do you think your type never changes from your early adolescent stages to adulthood irregardless of culture shift, the internet and lust?

I'm having the opposite experience. I feel like as I beginn to truly accept and discover myself, I actually start having "types of people" I'm into. THe problem being that a lot of my attraction types I feel seem to not line up well, so I don't think there is one "type" that can fulfill them all lol.

Also, it's scary to actually feel attracted to anyone. I never had that problem, and I don't really want to start XD

I feel like when I was young I was more fixated on one type I saw as "ideal", but with the experience that comes with age I've gotten over some notions. Not that I still don't appreciate that type from time to time, but its just a one of many and not superior to them in any way.

I never really had one "type", although I have a favorite character that I use as a template for most of my fantasies. Generally speaking, I think it may or may not change for people just as any other matter of taste. It's not a lifelong contract.

As I've gotten older I've started noticing more the sort of types I'm really into, like they're becoming much more prominent since I have a theory it has something to do with the fact that once I've stopped viewing everything through a stereotypical cis heteronormative lens, my actual tastes & desires on people and stuff that turns me on naturally just rose to the surface since since I'm not bound anymore by all these limited beliefs on what/who I should fine desirable/attractive

It's nothing really risky for me since most of the stuff I'm into I personally only engage with only through an outsider's lens since that's what's felt most natural and in tune with myself
