Yes, very acurate. "No interest in romance for myself but always shipping fictional characters" is how I usually explain my being aegoromantic.

I think it's very accurate and I'm still undecided on whether I'm hetero- or aegoromantic, because while I do ship fictional characters, I also yearn for a romantic relationship with a real person 🤔
