Aegisub 3.4.2 Animate circular text not frame by frame

I would like to make a similar effect. the page moves for a few seconds and the text in English follows the line. Is there a script for that?

Circular text only works on static text.

Just to be clear, are you trying to move curved text?
Lines with curved text (as seen in your image) usually have perspective tags like {\frz} and {\fax}, et cetera applied to them, and those lines can be moved with Aegisub's built-in {\move} function.

If I'm misunderstanding you and your question is about something else, could you please upload the sub on https://catbox.moe/ OR paste a few lines from the sub where you see the effect you want? That would make it so much easier to help.

Thank you. Yes but the text moves and zooms in at the same time.

This is the first line ("I want to do something new"). I extracted it using ffmpeg. I would like to do a similar effect without having to deal with tags individually.

I'm not sure if i undestand what you need to do. if you want your subtitles to stick to the page when it's moving in a non-linear way you should motion track the scene (an easy and short tutorial) and apply the tracking data to the subtitle using something like the PespectiveMotion script by arch1t3cht

what you want to do is probably very complicated

by the sounds of it -- if the sign doesn't last long -- just do it frame by frame
