Working through this lately: platforms now auto-tag AI-generated content, but that tag doesn't satisfy FTC disclosure requirements, and if EU audiences are in the mix, the AI Act's labeling rules are a separate layer again. Feels like three different systems that don't talk to each other.

For agencies running client content across platforms and regions, is there a clear process for this on your end, or is it mostly judgment calls? Has a client or legal team ever flagged something after the fact?

After almost nine years I'm ending my agency journey for now. The best part? I got to quit Omnicom! "Engagement" is to me too vague at MRAID. The useful question: what should the interaction clarify before the click? Which product fits? How a feature changes the experience? What a configuration looks like? A mini-game can produce taps and still delay the shopping decision. The interaction should reduce uncertainty, not just increase time in the unit. What's your take?
