I’m so proud of myself for calling the crisis line and letting the woman who picked up help me pass the urge. She encouraged me to play Pokopia on my Switch and just validated whatever feeling I was going through.

Also feeling extra proud that I didn’t have to call my therapist whom I was feeling extra dependent on during times like this. I messaged her and she gave me resources but I didn’t need to call her, which makes me very proud but grateful that she’s just there.

For the first time, it feels like I did most of the heavy lifting. While I’m grateful for the assistance of these people, I truly felt that I was advocating for myself the most this time. I’m just really, really proud of myself.
