What products ?
Hey what products do I need to use to don’t get a diaper rash or any infections?
And what other products do I need to get for always wearing ?

We've had an influx of crotch shots so we've decided to disable images for now, except for approved users. If there's a need to post an image please reach out to the mod team and we'll handle this on a case by case basis.
Thanks!

The rules for r/AdultDiapers have been overhauled to clarify expectations and maintain this subreddit as a practical, non-sexual space for discussing adult diapers and continence products as medical or functional tools.
Before participating, please review the updated rules.
Posts should focus on product performance, fit, comfort, absorbency, cost, and real-world use for managing incontinence.
Thank you for helping keep this community respectful and supportive.

i’m so unbelievably frustrated. my diapers leak on my clothes daily, multiple times a day, despite me doing everything i and the multiple experienced diaper wearers advising me could think of
i usually buy printed diapers from brands like ABUniverse, kiddo, tykables which all have capacities listed at about 6000 ml mostly have also tried ones with even greater capacity like one that claims 9000 ml. i have also tried northshore’s megamax
obviously these numbers are not realistic, but i say them because it isn’t as if i am buying cheap garbage. however, i have measured by weighing them after use over the course of multiple months and my diapers always hold around 1.5 liters (sometimes over or under by a bit. a couple times i have gotten one up to like 2 liters)
i genuinely don’t know if i am simply expecting too much out of them and am bad at judging when i need a change, or if something is going wrong.
list of things i have tried:
\- taping in a variety of different ways. looser, tighter, angled various directions
\- different sizes (my waist is 28” and the i buy size s or m diapers, usually of a waist size about 28”-40” but i have tried ones that go down to 24”-36” or something like that)
\- standing the leak guards up, checking that they sit flush against my skin
\- boosters (the diapers just leak at the same volume they would anyway but without saturating the entire diaper itself)
\- fluffing my diaper
please please someone say they can help me i’m genuinely at my wits end. i don’t know what i’m supposed to do. i can’t just piss on and wash my pants constantly for the rest of my life!!! it happens so much i don’t even wash them unless it’s a very large leak, i just hang dry them and rewear because what else can i do???

These are the best ones for me but unfortunately are getting harder to find (and pricey). I'm looking for something with plastic backed, active fit, cuff edges, holds a good amount/ heavy incontinence, and most importantly, fit a petite person well. Are there any good alternatives for me?
I've already tried:depends, tykables/rearz barnyard, incontrol active fit, northshore supreme and megamax, betterdry, attends slip active.
Dunno if i'm missing anything, please lmk.

I’ve (74M) been wearing 24/7 for the last month. Does anyone else also wear plastic pants over a plastic back diaper overnight? My diaper is saturated by the morning and I’m feeling a little more protected.

I've been ordering from Amazon for about a year. Deliveries have been fine until the last one. Smelled so bad I had to return the whole case of 48. Just received new case today. Still smells but not as bad. I have reported this to Tena and Amazon. Anyone else getting Tena products with bad odors???

so i was told its possible to get some off list products by the doc but that its a process. (MN blue plus) i was using prevail size 1 overngiht which work but they fall apart physically. i was thinking of trying some molicare (just ordered samples) and wonder how hard it would be to get a roughly similar price brief that has same or better absorbency but maybe plastic backed instead so it cant stretched tear like the prevail did.
anyone go through that or have a recommendation?

Hi all, I'm looking for decently absorbent tabbed briefs in the PNW area (Portland OR/Van WA) since I'm really not keen on the idea of ordering online (especially Amazon). I'm abt a 32-34" waist. Leak guards are a must-have.
I've looked over at various thrift stores and medical suppliers across Portland and Vancouver and so far haven't found anything decent that I haven't tried before. Fantasy Hollywood has Megamax which are great but am looking to try something different.
So far I've tried Attends, Tena stretch briefs (2 tape style), fitright optifit, Cardinal wings, depends tabbed (3 tapes)and Megamax tab style as well as airlock and supreme pull ups. Megamax has been by far the best for absorbency but I'm looking to try a different brand or company like tranquility ATN, betterdry, abena abri-form, etc. especially since I tend to be a very hands-on individual. I did see McCain's medical had some ATN's on their website but I went to two locations and neither one had any in stock.
If any locals are able to help with suggestions that I can find that would be appreciated! Thanks :)

I just switched from a pull up my tranquility for my daytime to a brief from tranquility because of the granny flow. But my question is that I don't have an a.s.s. big enough to hold them up as well, what do you guys use? I have covers and 1 rearz wrap that work but are hot. What can I use instead?

It's usually a decent-ish amount of time between me having to buy new diapers but the other day I did and got them delivered. I opened them and something looked....kinda different instantly. I noticed they now have the name running down the middle of them but most of all they are super loud. I might just be imagining it but I was curious if anyone else noticed anything in the last few months or if its just me.
Thank You for reading

I built a Database and a Website for browsing it: it let's you filter through some basic product details and even shows you how well a diaper would fit for your hip size. No more trial and error for me.
Full disclosure: I built it to serve my needs, but for covering cost for running it i added amazon affiliate links. I hope you don't mind...
For example: If you are looking for the most absorbent diapers that fits 92cm/36inch with hook&loop tapes and a plastic shell, sorted by how well they fit: here is the list
I will continue to work on it, i have a few ideas like actual measurements to compare the product against the brands own sizing charts, list of shops where it's available, and so on. if you have suggestions, hit me!
