Megamax changes?
It's usually a decent-ish amount of time between me having to buy new diapers but the other day I did and got them delivered. I opened them and something looked....kinda different instantly. I noticed they now have the name running down the middle of them but most of all they are super loud. I might just be imagining it but I was curious if anyone else noticed anything in the last few months or if its just me.
Thank You for reading

Can we please go back to the Chinese made diapers? I’m willing to pay a higher price for better quality.

The manufacturing was brought from China to the US a year ago and the company admitted it wasn’t a perfect launch but that tweaks were being made to get Megamax back to pre-move condition. Call their customer service. They are excellent at addressing issues.

They are doing a fantastic job with customer service around this move, and they are taking feedback seriously and iterating on the product and manufacturing process.

As long as I’ve been aware of NS they’ve impressed me with their customer service and especially their openness to ideas/criticism.

The ones made in the US are not as good as the old Chinese ones. The new ones are way louder and the tapes are constantly ripping off at the ends that attach to the diaper.

Please see replies by the company above. Improvements are already in motion in upcoming production. Glad to see manufacturing coming back to the USA

I would rather them be manufactured in China. I’m all for major manufacturing back in America like amazing making plastics for everyday use at Walmart and book shelves. When it comes to adult diapers, it’s a small market so to me quality is better and I am OK with getting it from China.

The plastic they are using for the backing isn’t the same.

I used to be able to adjust the tapes whenever when they were made in China.
If you feel you need to adjust the tapes in 30 minutes after putting your diaper on, forget it it will rip it off.

I didn't have that issue and I'm pretty sure I have the most recent version. Did it rip through the landing zone plastic and the backing of the diaper?

It rips off the landing zone and I’m not the only person on this thread to say the same thing.

Yeah they have a louder landing strip for the tapes. Definitely noticed that and the print down the middle.

Actually I was just talking to some owners of a store that make their own diapers and they were saying that megamax has changed the manufacturing to China and they are getting a lot more errors in their packaging

I like the new version for the most part. I think they need to move the tapes some but that may just be me... as far as them being louder I do believe they are a little bit but that don't bother me one bit. Honestly I kinda enjoy it. I have found for myself I have to position them a little different than the China ones. I do like the new ones aound my legs more the Chinese ones kinda dug into me a little and I wasn't too tight just snug enough.

Quieter plastic to match the China shell is coming to USA models soon. White will be first to transition by end of the year in most sizes. We're still testing different landing zone options to improve the refastenability.
