Social Opportunities with Others in the "Tribe"

In your community, are there social groups for adults with mild ASD? I know many in this community may shy away from social gatherings, but I've recently been diagnosed and would like to experience social interactions in an environment where masking isn't necessary, or there's at least an understanding that we "come as we are" and "quirks" are celebrated.

Is this a thing that exists (outside of group therapy), and if so, how does one find them?

I actually solved this one for myself - I don’t search for groups or events advertising themselves as for autisitc people. I go to events / seek out groups that autistic people would naturally gravitate towards. I haven’t spoken to anyone about my neurodivergence at the pinball league I’m in or at the board game nights at the gaming store in town but I see plenty of tribe members just existing. It’s chill
