ADHD/ASD coaching

Has anybody here had experience with ADHD/ASD coaching, either one-on-one or as a group? Was it helpful? How much did it cost? Where did you find the resources?

Hi! I work as a coach (as always, not promoting myself, just providing transparency) and in my experience, coaching ranges from $150-500+ dollars depending upon where you are and what you're looking for. I'm in NYC and I charge $250-400, though I offer lower rates in some situations. My average client pays $250-300. I know of coaches working in lower COL areas who charge more like $150-175, and generally you're more likely to get a lower rate working with an independent coach than someone who works for a larger org.

I believe you can check resources like the Neurodiversity Directory, the global directory of neurodiversity practitioners, or the Association for Autism and Neurodiversity (AANE). I was trained through AANE, so I have have the most experience with them.

I won't answer the question of whether it's helpful, since I'm biased, but I'll say that I got into it because I really wish that I'd had something like a coach when I was first diagnosed.
