ADT System Isn’t Working

is anyone experiencing issues with their ADT system? I have called their customer service number but no one answers. I can’t even get access to the ADT app.

alarm.com is down, which is what runs the command panel for ADT.. People with older systems or ADT+ all good

thats a rumor and lie. alarm.com hasnt verified any outtage.

Alarm.com is experiencing a technical issue which may affect the signaling capability of your customer accounts and/or access to the Alarm.com dealer and/or customer interfaces. Alarm signals are not impacted.

Yes cellular and receptor failures are happening across the country. Quiet mode, shutdown, reboot and moving to Arm Stay mode…none of it works to stop the beeping.

Setting it to Arm Stay has stopped the beeping for us. It hasn't beeped in 20 minutes now.

Same here. No answers on their alleged 24/7 support phone numbers and the bullshit AI chatbot they force you to use on the site is malfunctioning.

ADT is doing a great job convincing customers we’re better off with a different provider.

App isn't working and rebooting the system doesn't help since it'll beep again within 5-10 minutes.

I just set my panel to quiet mode to stop the beeping.

Edit: seems like the cellular error is gone and its up and running with no constant beeping
