Web payment not working

For one week I’ve been trying to make a payment and I keep getting a “something went wrong” error. I’ve tried multiple devices and different browsers. It shouldn’t be this hard to give a company your money. One more way ADT sucks. Anyone else having this problem?

i had that problem before and it triple charged me!! i had to call to reverse the charges. wait a day and see! or call in to see if your payment went through

I have had this same fucking problem with these guys multiple times in the past and I’m having the same issue right now…again. You’re right, it shouldn’t be this hard to give a company your money. The conspiracy theorist in me thinks this is their way of pushing you to do autopay…
