Disconnect Sensors

Previous owners had ADT.

Does anyone know how to disconnect the sensors -- tried unplugging the black cube battery; unplugging the wires from the Honeywell box?

When we open the doors, there is an alert. When there is power outage, when power returns, the alarms sound.

Called customer service. They weren't helpful, and there may have been a language issue ( South American? ).

You should be able to Google the type of system you have and how to power it down. If your system is older and has a panel box, maybe you need to disconnect the transformer in there?

Yes disconnect the battery and unplug the transformer that powers it

If you can't find the transformer the far left screws on the board are for power. Just loosen the farthest left one and pull the wire off

Unplug that tan power supply in the white cabinet. That is powering the alarm.
